Palma de Mallorca, 3rd February 2016. – The Balearic Islands’ Director General of Employment, Social Economy and Occupational Health and Safety, Isabel Castro, and the Deputy Director General of Development at the Mutua Balear Insurance Company, Andrés Vecina, presented TITO’s club, situated on Palma’s sea promenade, with an award for its low rate of workplace accidents over the year thanks to the occupational health and safety measures it has adopted.
The award was given last Monday during an event that included the presentation of a number of other accolades to local businesses. It comes in recognition of the investment efforts in occupational health and safety made by the Grupo Cursach club, situated on Palma’s sea promenade. The measures introduced have had a positive impact on the working conditions and environment. The award also acknowledges the preventive actions applied beyond the basic requirements.
